Dr. Sommerfeld assesses each client individually and develops a coordinated treatment plan with the client to meet the treatment goals. The treatment plan may include individual therapy, group therapy, couples’ therapy, and referrals to additional providers and resources. In addition, Dr. Sommerfeld will collaborate and coordinate care with referring providers, primary care physicians, and psychiatrists as indicated, based on the needs of the client.
